Sport Soccer Uniforms:
Generally we take orders from medium to large sizes but note that we also take smaller orders from local team coaches. Quality is our best form of publicity though!
Customer Support:
Customer support is the most important department in company. We take our customers suggestions very seriously and do our best to satisfy their needs.
1. Business Agent: We have company's own business contact in USA & UK and can be directly contacted for any business matters.
2. Price Quotation: Once we receive an image file of customers design or idea, we take 2 to 3 business days to give price quote.
3. Quantity: For sampling purposes, our sampling department takes any order from 1 to any number.
4. Lead Time: Our normal lead time for smaller order for sampling purposes is at least 3 weeks.
5. Delivery: We have our contract with DHL courier services and provide cheapest possible rates for the shipping internationally.
6. Payments: We take Western Union, Money Gram as well as PayPal. Payments are required immediately after the invoice is received by the customers.

Business Policies:
Sample Ordering:
All sample orders are being charged in advance for total value including Shipping & Handling charges. As per the quality of our products which will win your satisfaction we can offer you a good discount on your placed order. The discount will be offered more upon bigger order.
Ordering Prices:
All prices are FOB , ArtiCraft Industries, Sialkot, Pakistan. Freight, Shipping & handling Charges will depend on Volume of order.
Minimum Order requirement depends on the product and its value.
We also accept order for any product other than our given product's range, but limited to final approval from ArtiCraft Industries , in such a case kindly send us complete detail with pictures to confirm.
Payment:
All payments are accepted in advance, by bank transfer in favor of ArtiCraft Industries.
Warranty:
Our Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replace but all the shipping charges will be on the importer.
Delivery Time:
All orders depend upon quantity & the type of product and we will provide the delivery date before confirming the order. Our given dates are shipping date from factory only. |
